Prior to starting Advantage NH Lakes in the spring of 2012, I was General Manager at Ambrose Marine Construction in Meredith. Previously I had worked with Beckwith Builders, Inc. and Lakeshore Construction, Inc. in Wolfeboro, NH as a site/shoreline Project Manager and NHDES Permit Specialist. In my career I have been fortunate to have been involved in the environmental permitting and project management of some of the most impressive boathouses, homes, docks, beaches and much more constructed on Lake Winnipesaukee over the past 25+ years.

Advantage NH Lakes offers a variety of services, including handling the intricate NHDES Wetlands Bureau permitting process for lake construction projects such as new docks, boathouses, breakwaters, perched beaches, decks, etc. We also offer NHDES Shoreland Application services dealing with the NH Protected Shoreland Regulations (250' from the lake impacts) for home improvements, patios, walkways, driveways, etc. In addition, we also provide NHDES Effluent Disposal Systems Designs for residential and commercial waste disposal systems.
