Permits take time and home owners are encouraged to plan accordingly. Major Wetland Bureau Rule CHANGES took effect on 12/15/2019. Most NH Wetlands Applications have a 50 day initial review period and many can take 3-5 months to receive an approval. Have you had a recent dock approval that may have expired? Let us register your dock, a new dock registration process went into effect on 6/15/2021 which allows you to maintain your dock and requires a minimal fee to the state.

New Hampshire Shoreland Bureau and Effluent Disposal Design approvals have less review timelines but owners are still encouraged to plan accordingly.
